On May 25, 2018, the General Data Protection Regulation (GDPR) replaced the Data Protection Directive that had been law across the European Union for the past 20 years. GDPR impacts any business that operates or collects data in or from Europe.

As part of our compliance process, we and our data hosting partners, completed a detailed, in-depth internal review and risk analysis of the data processing flows that take place in our processes.

We've done our due diligence to ensure that we are compliant with the current set of requirements.

AtSec is committed to protecting and respecting your privacy.

The rules on processing of personal data are set out in the General Data Protection Regulation (GDPR).

We ONLY use your personal data for the following purposes:

To maintain contact and communication with you during the course of an ongoing project or for a potential or new project. To maintain our own records and accounts. To purchase goods, materials and services from you. With reference to the categories of personal data we process the following categories of your data:

Personal data may include your name, address, email address, phone number, financial data for payments such as VAT registration and bank details. We have obtained your personal data from you, your employees or from publicly available data from websites. Your personal data will be treated as strictly confidential and will NOT be shared with any third parties. Where necessary your personal details may need to be passed onto the design team for project contacts, which will NOT be done without your express permission.

You are under no statutory or contractual requirement or obligation to provide us with your personal data.

Information is collected every time you visit the At-Sec website and otherwise apply for and/or use any of our products and services. However, we do not store any personal information that other organisations could read and understand about you.

The information At-Sec request is the minimum we require to ensure that we are providing you with the best service possible. However, to fulfil your order or request we may have to pass information about your requirements to third parties involved in your chosen service who support us in the provision, use and our administration of such services. Information we pass on is kept to a minimum.
